How far in advance should I reserve a stage?
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks ahead for prime stages. Peak season (September–December) often fills 6 weeks out. Last-minute slots are sometimes available via our Fallows waitlist.
What is your cancellation and hold policy?
Holds are free for up to 5 days. Cancellations made 14+ days before the shoot receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days incur a 30% fee. All holds and cancellations must be submitted via your dashboard.
Do the stages come with soundproofing and power?
Yes. Every stage features 8-inch acoustic treatment, isolated HVAC, and up to 200A three-phase power with distro included. Additional generators and lighting grids are available in the catalog.
Is there on-site parking and load-in access?
Two dedicated loading docks and secure underground parking for up to 12 vehicles. All commercial vehicles receive complimentary parking; guest cars are validated at the front desk.
Do I need to provide my own insurance?
Production insurance of at least $1M is required. StagePick Studios offers an optional rider through our partner for $185 per day covering most short-term productions.
Can I bring my own crew and equipment?
Absolutely. External crews and gear are welcome. We provide two dedicated green rooms and a loading ramp wide enough for large grip trucks. All equipment must be logged at reception.
What are your standard payment and invoicing terms?
A 40% deposit is due upon confirmation. The balance is due 72 hours before the shoot. We accept credit cards, ACH, and wire transfers. Invoices are sent automatically via the client portal.
